Apply the oil to dry or damp hair, cover your head with a towel or special foil hat (preferably with both, the warmer for the oil the better for our hair). Wait for minimum hour, wash your hair and dry it.
Coriander has one more advantage - you can use it to make a hair rinse. It's good information for women who, for some reasons, don't like oiling. You should use bigger amounts of various ingredients whereas coriander will be only the base of the rinse. What do we need? Here's a list of ingredients:
- 10-15 grams (1 spoon) of crushed coriander fruit,
- 5 grams (1 spoon) of coriander oil,
- 5 grams of green tea,
- 5 grams of rosemary,
- 5 grams of parsley.
Now it's time for preparation of the mixture: put all ingredients in a small bowl and pour down with around 300 ml of boiling water. Cover the bowl and leave for several hours (for the night would be ideal). After that filter all the herbs. Gradually rinse your hair with the specific. When it's wet and well covered with the herbal mixture, wrap it in a towel or special hat and wait for at least 30 minutes. Then shampoo and dry your hair. Satisfied? I'm sure you are!
